Short Course Description
Ethical decisions in health are a substantial, inherent part of the Nurses? day to day practice. Nurses face these on a particular, treatment-related level and on a policy related level.
The course is a hybrid online course. Some of the lessons are held live (or, if situation requires it, as synchronic lessons via Zoom) ) and some lessons are non-synchronic self-paced available on the course?s online platform.
Students will become familiar with ethical theories and acquire tools for ethical decision-making in nursing and in health care in general. They will participate in discussions in order to present ethical arguments and take part in deliberation.
