Short Course Description

The course provides basic knowledge of water and wastewater technologies and combines theory and practice. The course will introduce water and wastewater processes at different scales and will cover management and removal of pollutants from water ? through disinfection, solid removal, nutrients management and resource recovery. We will also focus on the life cycle of treating water, public health and the climate and environmental footprint of the various solutions.
