Short Course Description

The aim of this course is to attain knowledge of leadership: what is leadership and how to lead effectively and ethically. We will also learn about followers, as not everyone becomes leaders (or just later in their careers).
The course focuses on leadership theories relevant to modern leaders (for example, transformational leadership, adaptive leadership), we will discuss the relationship between followers and leading in uncertain times. We will learn models and skills to develop and design leadership, including examples from managerial practice and using various learning tools and practice.
