Short Course Description

Introduction of the wide variety of environmental problems, which impact the function of the natural system of Planet Earth, and jeopardises its overall function as a human-support system.
The overall aim of the course is to introduce the students with basic knowledge in environmental sciences and expose them to the importance of the environment for humans, the problems and challenges humanity is facing in this regard, and the potential solutions to reverse the decline of our planet's natural systems.
