Short Course Description

The course setting: The aim of ?Practical Leadership? is to help students translate their academic, professional, and life insights into a cohesive framework and practice, which their stakeholders will recognize as Leadership Excellence. The Course consists of modules on how to think (problem solving), how to lead collaborative efforts, and how to evolve into a person others want to engage with and follow. It leverages the action-learning approach which includes a pragmatic perspective on theory, frameworks, practice, feedback, and reflection.
